Infinity Ramper provides a payment gateway enabling merchants to accept payments from customers globally via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods, with settlements delivered in USDC on the Polygon network.
We are a technology platform, not a bank, payment institution, financial advisor, or regulated e-money institution. Payment processing is carried out by third-party on-ramp providers (including MoonPay, Ramp Network, Coinbase Pay, and Stripe), each of which operates under their own licences and regulatory obligations.
Service availability: we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party processor outages, and blockchain network conditions are outside our control.
To use Infinity Ramper as a merchant you must:
While we do not require KYC documentation from merchants to access core services, we reserve the right to request identity or business verification where required by law, at the direction of our payment processor partners, or where we have reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse.
By using our Services you agree to:
Tax obligations: merchants are solely responsible for their own tax obligations including VAT, sales tax, and income reporting arising from transactions processed through our Services.
You may not use Infinity Ramper in connection with:
We support high-risk industries including adult content, CBD, forex, and gaming where lawful in the merchant’s jurisdiction. “High-risk” does not mean “unregulated” — merchants remain responsible for compliance with applicable industry-specific regulations.
Infinity Ramper charges a platform fee of 3–6% on each successfully completed transaction. This fee is deducted before USDC is settled to your wallet.
In addition, each payment provider charges their own fees which vary by provider, region, and transaction size — typically 1%–5% depending on amount. These are deducted by the provider before funds reach Infinity Ramper for onward settlement.
There are no setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or minimum volume requirements. You pay only on successful transactions.
Fee changes: we reserve the right to modify our platform fee with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
USDC settlements are delivered directly to the Polygon wallet address you provide. Typical settlement time is 10–30 seconds from payment confirmation, subject to blockchain network conditions.
You are solely responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may cease use of the Services at any time. Merchants may stop using Infinity Ramper by removing our plugin and ceasing API calls — no formal notice is required.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access with or without notice where:
Upon termination, pending settlements will be processed to your wallet per normal timelines, unless we are legally required to withhold them.
All intellectual property in the Infinity Ramper platform, website, API, plugin, documentation, and branding belongs to Infinity Ramper. No licence is granted beyond that necessary to use our Services as described in these Terms.
The WooCommerce plugin is provided for use in connection with our Services only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense it without our express written consent.
We encourage merchants to contact us first to resolve disputes informally at support@infinityramper.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
