Our approach

Infinity Ramper is built for merchants traditional gateways ignore. We take a privacy-first approach to merchant onboarding — but privacy-first does not mean compliance-free. We operate within applicable legal frameworks and partner exclusively with regulated payment providers.

🏛
Regulated partners
Every payment processor in our network holds applicable financial services licences in their jurisdiction.
🔍
AML screening
Transaction monitoring and sanctions screening is applied at the processor level by our regulated partners.
🚫
Zero tolerance for crime
Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit financial crime. We actively investigate and report suspicious activity where required.
🔗
On-chain transparency
All settlements are recorded permanently on the Polygon public blockchain — auditable by regulators and investigators.

About "no KYC"

Infinity Ramper markets itself as a merchant-friendly gateway that does not require merchants to submit identity documents. It is important to be clear about what this means — and what it does not mean.

What it means: Merchants can integrate our WooCommerce plugin or use our API with only a Polygon USDC wallet address. We do not ask for passports, utility bills, or company registration documents as a prerequisite for technical access.

What it does not mean: That our services operate outside applicable law. Payment processing is performed by our regulated partner processors, each of which conducts their own customer due diligence and AML checks on end customers as required by their regulatory obligations.

In plain terms: The KYC is done by our partners on the people making payments. Our gateway is the technology layer — the regulated processors are the compliance layer for each transaction.

03.

Anti-money laundering

Infinity Ramper is committed to preventing our platform being used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. Our approach includes:

  • Regulated processor network: All payment on-ramps hold appropriate licences and comply with applicable AML/CTF obligations in the jurisdictions they operate, including UK FCA, FinCEN, and EU regulatory frameworks
  • Prohibited use policy: Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit money laundering, fraud, illegal goods, and related activities. We reserve the right to terminate merchant access and report activity to authorities where required by law
  • Suspicious activity: Where we become aware of activity suggesting financial crime, we will take appropriate action including suspending access and making reports to relevant authorities
  • Sanctions compliance: We do not knowingly facilitate transactions involving individuals or entities subject to UK, EU, or US sanctions
04.

Regulated partner network

The following regulated partners process transactions through the Infinity Ramper gateway. Each holds applicable licences and conducts their own compliance obligations independently:

MoonPay — FCA registered Ramp Network — FCA registered Coinbase Pay — FCA registered Stripe — FCA authorised Transak — Multiple licences Simplex — Licensed EMI (EU)

Each partner operates independently under their own regulatory framework. End-customer verification is handled by the relevant partner for each transaction. Infinity Ramper does not have access to the KYC data collected by these partners.

05.

Blockchain transparency

All USDC settlements are processed on the Polygon blockchain — a public ledger. Contrary to common assumption, blockchain transactions are not anonymous: they are pseudonymous. Every transaction is permanently recorded and auditable by any party with access to the public chain.

This means that while Infinity Ramper does not collect merchant identity documents, the on-chain record of all settlements to a merchant's wallet is publicly visible and permanently auditable by regulators, law enforcement, and compliance investigators.

Transparency by design: The Polygon blockchain provides an immutable, publicly auditable record of all settlement transactions. Pseudonymity is not anonymity.

06.

High-risk industry support

Infinity Ramper supports merchants in industries that traditional processors often decline — including adult content, CBD, forex, and gaming — because we believe lawful businesses should have access to payment infrastructure.

Supporting these industries does not mean operating outside the law. Merchants in high-risk categories remain responsible for:

  • Compliance with applicable industry-specific regulations in their jurisdiction
  • Age verification requirements where applicable (adult content, gambling, alcohol)
  • Product licensing where required (CBD, supplements, financial services)
  • Consumer protection obligations applicable to their products and customers
